THAMES CATTLE MARKET.
At Fleming and Co.'s weekly sale of fj.t cattle which was held on 13tli inst at their yaids, Paiawai, Thames. They leport a full nnrket of cattle were yarded, and ranged in price as follows : —Steers, fetching from £3 15s to £4 15s each, being equal to 12s per 1001b ; cows, £2 15s to £3 12s 6d each, equal to ICU to 10s Gil per 1001b ; heifers, £3 to £3 7s Gil each, equal to 10s 6d to 11s Gd per 1001 U ; milk cows, £3 each. Sheep: wethers, 12s 3d to 13s each ; ewes, lO.s 9d to 12s 9d each, and laml>s, 8s ftil to 9s each. Potatoes sold at £6 5s per ton.
