The Comptoir Nationale has been announced with a capital of foity million francs, and power to double. Ib is guaranteed by a group of financieis, who have subscribed one - half the shaies. The balance have been reserved for the old company. It is expected that theSocietedes Metaux will apply to be appointed liquidators.
