ASSESSMENT COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that nn Assessment Court, for the Town District of Te Aroha, for the purpose of healing and determining all objections to the Valuation Lifts for ouch District, pursuant to the " Rating Act, 1876," will be holden at the Courthouse, Te Arohn, on TUESDAY, the 19th day of March, 1889, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon. ■ THEO.
