THAMES CATTLE MARKET.
At Fleming and Co.'s weekly sale of fat oaUle which was held on 13th inst at their yaids, Pnrawai, Thames. They report pi ices were much lower than those obtained at last week's sale, on occount of a larger supply being yarded, more than the demand required, Steers ranged in price from £3 12s 6d to £5 12s 6d each, being equal tolls to 12s 6d perlOOlb ; a few "pens of good steers were withdrawn, not leaching sellers price. Cows sold at from £2 17s 6d to £3 17s Gd, equal to 10s to 11s per 100, Heifers at £2 to £3 10s each, equal to 10s to 11s fid per 1001b. Sheep, wo had a full m.uket and all sold'; wetheis, 12s to 14s 3d ouch ; ewes 9s 3d to 10s each ; lambs, 7s to 7s 91 each, (Jhaff., £3 10s.
LIVE STOCK MARKET. Messrs A, Buckland and Sons' Wcokly report. — During the past week fodder has been plentiful ; pi ices have ranged from Is 9d to 2s 3d the cwt. The new crop of nats is now bein<? offered, sine" prices have fallen in conseqnenee ; prices have vaiied with quility fiom 2s to 2s -id the hushol. At llemueia on Thmsday, dairy oattle were in full number ; oidinary cattle at late values, but choice milkeis weie better woith, cows, from <£3 5s to £4 10s. Store cattle in inquiry at lata values. J\it cattle in lull numbers; last week's values; from 13s to los the 1001b was obtained, and prices were lowest at conclusion of Sale. Sheep abundant, and at lower prices. Ono draft of 250 were withdiawn, yet the balance wore lower about Is each, and a. dull sale. Lambs in umkil number, <«old well ; shorn, from 7s to 9s ; in their wool, 7.s to 12s each. Pigs in moderate supply, of good quality ; sold satisfactorily.
