NOTICE is hereby given that an Assessment Court, for the Town District of Te Aroha, for tho purpose of hearing and determining all objections to the Valuation Lists for such District, pursuant to the " Fating Act, 1876," will be holdon ut the Courthouse, Te Aroha, on TUESDAY, the 19th day of March, 1889, at the hour of 12 o'clock noonTHEO.
