The abdication of King Milan, which has been expected for some time, has actually taken place. The King, who is in bad health, is starting for Italy. His son Prince Alexander, who was born in Aug., iB76,andis now under 13 years of age, has been proclaimed king in his stead, with Messrs Ristics, Protics, and Belimaikosico as regents.
