Crisis in New South Wales, ANOTHER PARKES MINISTRY. Sydney, March 6.
The Government have, in consequence of the adverse amendment, lesigned. Sir H. Parkes is engaged in forming a new Ministiy.
Till: DEFICIT. The bank managers who investigated the state of the colony's finances have declined to sign the repoit on the ground that they fail to sec why money voted but not expended should be called a deficit.
