Rteer«, light weights, ranged in price from £2 12s 6d to £3 15?, equal to 13s to Us per lOOlbs ; a few head g-ood quality were penned and lirniiffht from £6 to £f> 2s 6d each, equal to 15* per 10O]b<s ; heifer", from £2 5s to £4 10s each, equal to from 12a to 14s per lOOibs, 'iccording to quality ; cowr, from £8 12s 6d to £4 each, equal to 11s to 12* 6d per lOOlbp. Sheep : a limited number of wether* were vnided, and fetched Hs to 1 1s Dd, ewes, 7s 9d to 9s 9d ; lambs, 7s 6d to Bs. Oaten chaff, 3s 8d per cwt.
