I HEREBY give notice that I fntcnd to construct a Water-nice to divert and use water for mining pnrposes, commencing: at a point on the Day Dawn and Mikado Holdings, and, terminating at a point on the Wiiitawheta river, below the Riverdale No: 2 Holding. The length of such race is two miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is northerly. The moan depth of such race te two feet, and the nienn breadth is three feet, and it is proposed to divert six Govern-ment-hoada of water. Cost of construction : £400.
