VERDICT OF "ACCIDENTAL DEATH" (Auckland, Feb. 25.
Bdgecujmke, the jockey, who was fatally injured ab the Takapuna Racecourse on Saturday last, died at the Hospital early on Sunday morning, his case being hopeless from the hvst. i\n inquest on the body,' was held at the Hospital this morning by Dr. l J hil&on, coroner, and a jury, when evidence was given by soveral persons who saw the accident. The jury returcied a verdict of "Accidental Death."- The inquest was held at an early hour, to enable the rema ; ns of the deceased to be shipped, to New Plymouth by steamer to day.
