Heathcote, William Hethrington, George Lipsey, having secured the greatest number of votes, to be duly elected Members of the Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of Te Aroha, and I hereby appoint the hour of 12 noon of SATURDAY, the 23rd day o£ February, 1889, and the Resident Magistrates Court, Te Aroha, as the hour and place for tbe first meeting •of the said Committee to be held for ■electing a Chairman.
