A bPELJAL correspondent of the " New York Herald " has had an interview with Major Lecaion, formerly Military Organiser to the Fenian organisation, and who gave evidence before the Parnell Commission the other day. Lecaion says he possesses positive evidence that Parnell's advisers were part es to the Phoenix Park murders. The whole truth had not yet been told, the Government being unwilling to disclose certain documents. The case for the Commission, he said, appeared to have been got up by Dr. McGuire, of Dublin, and Messrs Kirby, Maber and Pigott. %_
