A Sweepstake of 10s., with 15 soys added, 2nd Hotse to receive amount of Sweepstake, distance, 1J milos- Nomination, 10s ; Acceptance, ss. Novel Race, Handicap, of 15 soys, distance, 1 mile. Winning Horse to be the property of the Club, and will be sold by them, and the amount added to the funds of the Club, domination, 103. Forced Handicap, of 7 soys, for all beaten horses, distance, 1 mile. Entrance, 7s. Dates of Nominations, Weights, and Acceptances :— FRIDAY, 15th February, Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Te Aroha J.C. Handicap, Waiorongomai Handicap, and Trot. Weights will he advertised in the Trc Akoiia and Ohinebiuri Nbws of 23rd February. Acceptances to be sent in on Ist March. EULES AND REGULATIONS. Al entries and acceptances to be sealel and addressed to the Secretary, Te Aroha. Entrance Money enclosed with name, age. pedigree, name of owner, and colour of rider. , Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined one guinea. Any person entering a horse to be a subscriber to the Club of at least half a guinea. All disputes, claims, protests, and objections, arising out of the Racing shall he decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whosoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final Protests to be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race, accompanied with one sovereign, to be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous.
