THE PREMIER VISITS KARANGAHAKE. PAEROA, Last Night
Hon, Major Atkinson, accompanied by Messrs Kelly and CadmaTi,M.'s.H.ll , and also by Mr Nicholls, County Chairman, and Messrs Moore and Robson, County Councillors, Wilson, Mining Inspector, etc., etc., visited Karangahake to-day. Major Atkinson appeared much pleased with what he saw, and promised to support the coastruction of a main road through Karangahake. Major Atkinson went on to Tauranga, Mr McCombie has started the small new plant recently erected fora Christchurch syndioate, A heavy storm is raging here,
