Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined one guinea. Any person entering a horse to be a subto the Club of at least half a guinea. All disputes, claims, protests, and objections, arising out of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whosoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final. Protests ' to be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after the race, accompanied with one sovereign, to be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous.
