THE PREMIER IN AUCKLAND. WILL VISIT THAMES.
Sir H. Aikinson. has benn asked to give nn address on general politics in addition to his addiess on the Property Tax, but has not yet promised to comply. The Premier's future movements are uncertain, but it is almost settled he will not now go North on account of the short time at his disposal. He expects to leave for Tauranga, via Thames, on Monday, and thence proposes to go on to Napier.
