T HEREBY give notice that I intend to 1 construct a Water-iace to divert and use water for mining and other purpores, commencing at a point about 25 chains up the creek from flat, and tuiminating at a point in Carrs paddock. The length of such race is three -quarters o£ a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is noitli and south. The mean depth of such race is one foot, and the mean breadth is one foot, and it is pioposed to diveit one Government head of water. Cost of construction : £300. Time required for construction : Three months. Number and date of miner's right : 1552, sth April, ISBB. Applicant : H. H. Adams.
