REPORTED INSULTS TO AMERICA AND ENGLAND.
Washixgtox, January 20. Ni;\vs has reached San Francisco that the German warships now at Samoa burned several American flags, and also imprisoned American subjects at Samoa. It is also reported that a German boat's crew fired at the captain and lieutenant of a British war-ship.
