COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTIONS. PREPONDERANCE OF LIBERALS. London, January 19.
Two-thirds of the newly elected members of the County Councils are Liberals. Lady Sandhurst and Mrs Jane Cobben have been elected on County Councils, but the legality of their right to sib is doubted.
