T HEREBY give notice that I intend to 1 construct n Water- race to divert and use w ulcr for mining and other purpo?-**, commencing at a point about 25 chains up the creek from flat, and terminating at a point in Carrs paddock. The length of such race is three-quarters of a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south. The mean depth of such race is one foot, and the mean breadth is one foot, and it is proposed to divert one Government head of water. Cost of construction : £300. Time required for construction : Three months. Number and date of miner's right : 1552. sth April, ISBB. Applicant : H. H. Adams. Any person objecting to the granting of this application must lodge his objection in writing at the Warden's Office at Te Aioha within fourteen days from the date hereof.
