DEFAULTING CROWN SETTLERS. AUCKLAND, Last Night.
An action brought by the Commissioner of Crown Lands against a tenant who was in arrears with his rent, was decided at the R.M. Court this morning. This was the first action of the kind brought in Auckland, and its result shows that occupiers of Crown lands can, by a simple process in the R.M. Court, he ejected as easily as an ordinary defaulter.
