At John Buchanan'3 meeting of creditors Buchanan submitted an offer of £15,000 for the stock and bojjt (jebfcs, payable at three, six, and nine months. It .was' stated the book debts' were, estimated ,to reajtae £5,550 ; ' stock, £13,519; tolal, £19,000 odd.
