Suakim, January 1. A Greek who left Khartoum two months ago states that nothing had then been heard ot the alleged capture of Emm Bey by the Mahdi's forces.
London, January 1. A telegram from Stanley Pool, on the Congo, says a number of letters from Stanley will reach England in March. A telegram conveying important news is expected at an earlier date.
