Prado, the convicted murderer, has appealed to President Sadi-Carnot for revision of his sentence. Prado asserts in his petition that he will announce his claims for being lestored to fieedom, and he will not be satisfied with a commutation ot the sentence. [It is believed that prisoner is a son of Napoleon 111., and that his mother was a lady-in-waiting at the court of that monarch "■
