Sydney, December 28.

The full Court has refused to grant an application for a writ of error in the Louisa Collins murder case, based on the allegation that an unopened telegram was handed to a juryman during the prisoner's trial. Mrs Collins, who lies under sentence of death for the murder of her husband, has written a letter to the Governor impugning the accuracy of a portion of the evidence given at her trial.
