MEETING OF CREDITORS IN BUCHANANS ESTATE.
A tweeting of creditors in the estate of Jqliii Buchanan was held this afternoon, \v\\en Andrews, as representing the, BtfnK:'' of New Zealand, which clainis^againsfci the estate for £80,860 besides -contingent liabilities, stated ( he was instructed to say that undisr'no circumstances would any composition or assignment be accepted, but that the estate must pass into the bankruptcy court. 1 Campbell, who appeared for Buchanan, said that such being the cage Buchanan would file a petition of bankruptcy.
