Buokla.nd . reports : On .Thursday last at Ifcemuera yards, fat stock were in short supply, and prices were higher for cattle from Is to 2s thelOOlbs ; sheep, Is to 2s per head, and lambs 3s to 4s each. No pigs were brought forward. Dairy stock in usual supply were' at late values. ;
PRODUCE MARKET. Prices remain somewhat as Is9t week : Best dairy butter Gd per lb, wholesale, and 8d retail ; eggs, wholesale, lOd dozen, and Is do^en t .retail. The gum market continues quiet as lower priqes may be looked for at an early date.
