It is rumoured here that a'JaparieseRusso alliance has been formed against England.
Sir H. A. Blake, late Governor of Newfoundland, and whose nomination as Governor of Queensland was objected to by the Government of that colony, will succeed Sir Hy. Norman as Governor of Jamaica.
