OLD CALEDONIAN G. M. CO.
At a meeting of the Old Caledonian GL M.Co.,a resolution was passed authorising the directors to sell the property to a new compan}'. It was also agreed thnt the shareholders in the new company shall have the option of hiking two shares in the new company for each share held by them in the old.
