DUTCH OPPOSITION TO ENGLAND. Amsterdam, December 9.

The members of the States-General have urged the Government at the Hague to oppose the British Protectorate over Noith Borneo. The Minister of Foreign A flairs, Jonkheer Dr. A. P. C. Van Karnebeck, speaking on the question, said their interest and dignity demanded the integrity of the Dutch Power in the Indian archipelago being maintained.
