THE PARNELL ENQUIRY. London December 4.

The witness who gave evidence to-day before the Commissioner deposed that Mr Parnell participated in some of the outrages against the people who paid rent, and that Mr Timothy Barmgton Secretary of the League, oidered the Leaguers not to kiil or hurt their victims too much. The witness said he was paid for his services as captain of circles, and received orders from the Commissioners of the branches of the League. Mr Harrington refused money to one branch of the League because it was inactive.
