That the returning confidence in the value of land is being widely felt is evidenred by tlia principal creditor in Mr C. Goulds estate expressing his satisfaction in the security for his debt, some £11,000, in the Waitoa property, and refusing to prove as a creditor. Under these circumstances proceedings are being taken by Mr Gould to annul the bankruptcy.
