Th« Company have wiitteu asking 1 the butchers to guarantee to take from them bind qujiteis ot beef, anil loast beef, to enable them to kill fifty bullocks weekly, tht»y to put down hind quaiters beef at twopence per ponnd, so lonjj as beef is quoted at 15s per cwt. The butchers seem unwilling to give this guarantee, having ny ussurranco that their custom cis will take that quantity from them.
