IRISH LAND PURCHASE BILL. London, November 20.
Several of Mr Gladstone's supporters voted with the Government on the Irish Land Purchase proposals. The Opposition are likely to make an effort in committee to have the amount reduced to /*2,000,000. Mr Dillon in his remarks implied that the tenants might repudiate unless they were granted Home Rule.
