The Wooing of the Crown Prince of Greece.
It is seuri-oiticially stated in Berlin that nothing has yet been decided a& to the wedding ot the Crown Prince of Greece and the Princess Sophie, except that it will not take place before next spring. The Crown Prince dislikes .all publicity. He generally paid his visits to Friedrichskron in civil dress. His Highness was to have been officially received on his first \ isit as. pretender to the hand of the Princess Sophie. At the Potsdam station, in Berlin, a saloon carriage had been added for his use to the ordinary train, while the Koyal waiting room was opened, where those appointed were waiting to re ceive the Prince. But on his arrival in Berlin he took a cab, and entered the sbation unrecognised. He then proceeded in an ordinary first - class railway carriage to Potsdam Meanwhile the officials had telegraphed to the Wild Park Station that his Highne&s would not ai'rive by that train. When the Prince, again taking a cab, arrived at the gates of the Palace the senKnel, who did not know the young Prince, lefused him admittance. The Prince, being unable to persuade him, at last wrote on a leaf of his note-book, "The Crown Prmce of Greece begs your Majesty for admittance to Castlo Friedrichskron," and sent it by a servant to the Emperor Frederick.
