THE INLAND PARCEL POST.
Posting and Labelling.— ln order that a parcel may go by Parcel Post, it must be handed in at a Post Office counter or delivery-window, and the postage due prepaid. The words 'Parcel Post' should be written on the parcel, or on the label to be obtained from the Post Office for affixing to the parcel. Rates of Postage and Weight, — The rates of postage for a parcel are :—: —
No parcel exceeding 11 lbs. in weight or the dimensions hereafter specified, w'l be accented ; and unpaid or insufficiently prepaid parcels will be refused. Size, — The dimensions allowed for a parcel are : —
