UNION SASH AND DOOR COMPANY TO BE WOUND UP.
AUCKLAND, Last Night. At a meeting of the Union Sash and Door Company, held this afternoon, it wns resolved to wind up and voluntarily to hand over to the Knuri Timber Company. The Chairman stated there would be £25,000 to divide among the shareholders, or from 16s to 18s per share. The Kauri Company disputed some of the accounts sent in, and though all should have been settled by the middle of October it was still unsettled, but it waß expected all would be settled before the end of the year.
