Locality where the land applied for is situated: Tui. Bounded on the northwest by the Monte Christo Licensed Holding, and on all other sides by supposed unoccupied ground. Extent of land applied for : Thirty acres. Amount of capital proposed to be invested : Two thousand pounds. Proposed mode of working the land : Sinking and tunnelling.
