Mentor fully bore out the opinion that his Cup victory was no fluke by the manner in which he struggled home under 9st 71b in tyie .Royal Park Stakes, and he made fl dead heat of it with Cyclops, to whom h Q was conceding 1 71b, the former being a ' maiden.
