TO THE WARDEN AT TE AROHA. j I HEREBY apply for a Licensed Holding for gold-mining purposes, under the provisions of "The Mining Act, 1886," of the lands hereinafter described. Name and address in full of applicant : Ernest Claude Meysey Thompson. Style under which it is intended to conduct the business: Silver Cloud Silver and Gold. Mining Company. Locality where the land applied for is situated : Tui. Bounded on the northwest by the Monte Christo Licensed Holding, and on all other sides by supposed unoccupied ground. I Extent of laud applied for : Thirty acres. Amount of capital proposed to be invested : Two thousand pounds. Proposed mode of working tho land : Sinking and tunnelling. Term for which license is required : Twenty-one years. General Remarkß : Marked out 24th October, 1888, at 11 a.m.; mark on pegs Dated at Te Aroha this 27th day of October, 1888.
