Svtnkv, October 26. Thil steamer Lubcck, \:hich anived today from the Islands, brings Samoan ne'vs up to the 16th instant. The representatives of F.ngland, Americaatjd Germany have held a confer ence at Apia, and determined certain lines of neutral territory, where no firearms will be allowed. Adrnnal Fairfax has informed Tamascse that should any of the Litter's party in boats again fire in the neutral territory, the warships in Apia Haibour will fire y on them unless the boats at once sui render. Tamasese has assured the Admiral that no further firing in neutral lenitory will take place. H.M.s. Lizard will remain at Apia for a time in order to protect British interests. The Tamasese party, who retired to Mulinuu Point after suffering defeat at the hands of the followers of Mataafa, the kingelect, have now deserted that stronghold, and taken up a position at Saluafata, twelve miles to the eastward.
