Hippona, referring to the Hunt Club races to-morrow snys : " The Hunt Club Cup has eleven acceptors, and there should be an excellent contest for honors. I fancy Whalebone or Hawthorn will win. The other events may result as follows : Member's Hurdle Kace, Ma Petite Fille ; Flying Handicap, Squire ; Open Maiden Steeplechase, Shillilagh ; Ladies' Bracelet, Ma Petite Fille; Farmer's Plate, Falcon; Light Weight Steeplechase, Matau."
