The Geraldine Racing Club's SpringMeeting opened to-day, and was graced with tine weather. There was a very large attendance. Results of principal events :—: — County Plate;, 30sovs. 1 mile and a quarter.— Mr Rhodes's Kiniberley, 1 ; Master Agnes, 2 ; Little Shamrock, S. Dividend, £2 9s. . . Geraldine Cup, 80sovs. ' One mile and a-half.— Somneil, 1 j Artillery, 2; Patrician, * 3. Won easily by a length and' a-half. 2min 48sec. Dividend, £2 3s. ' " Welter Handicap of 40sovs. Six furlongs. — Taran talus, 1; Repose, 2; Doubtful, 3. Dividend, £5 10s.
