The Auctioneer would call attention to the fact that nothing will be offered aL this Sale nxcept on account of Mr Clements, and, without a single exception, eveiylhing brought under the hammer will go to tho highest bidder. He also directs attention to the Horses, Cattle and Implements, &c, to be offered, as they are, as a lot, the best ever offered in ono day in the district. A Conveyance will leavo Cambridge on the morning of Sale, conveying customers to Sale. From Ohaupo and Te Aroha conveyances will also run, and a tuv> will meet trains at Eureka Station.
