SUBSCRIBERS nave occasionally complained that they do not receive their Papers through^ the Post until they are several dayq old, and occasionally tint somo issnes they never receive at nil. The News is posted regularly, and should reach subscribers in due course. It is to our interest to have the Paper delivered punctually ; but when it has been duly posted we have no further control. If Subscribers who do not receive their Papers regularly will advise the Manager of the News, immediate and stiict inquiries will be made into the matter.
