REVOLUTIONARY OUTBREAK IN MOROCCO. TERRIBLE OUTRAGES. LONDON, Sept, 12.
IScws lias boon received here of a revolutionary vising in Morocco. The citizens arose looted ; the residences of Europeans, and it is believed several European subjects have bean murdered by the rebels, The Sultan only escaped after a desperate hard to hand encounter between his body guard and the assailants. The affair ended by the Imperial troops arriving and driving the lebels back to town. During the outbreak horrible outrages were perpetrated on women and girls' rivalling in barbarity the Bulgarian atrocities.
