BREACH OF PROMISE CASE.
Di'VEDix, Sept. 12. In the Supreme Court yesterday, the case of Bell v. Robinson, in which £650 damages were claimed for seduction and breach of promise, was decided. The plaintiff' was nonsuited, her application for a postponement ou the ground of the absence of two material witnesses being refused.
