TOWN BOARD ELECTION.
The Returning Officer, Mr Henry Crump, yesterday attended at the Town Board office to receive nominations of candidates for the office of Commissioners for the To Avoha Town District, for the ensuing' two years. The number of Commissioners to be elected is five, and the following were nominated :—: — Dobson J. A. nominated by F. Pavitt and J. Heathcoto Ebeit, G. nominated by R. Brcnnan and H. Hyde Gallagher, E. nominated by C. Ahior and 0. Balcke Dovraesj A. nominated by G. Lipscy and W. Dibsell. Heathcote, J. nominated by J. Hart and J. Wallace. Holt, J. nominated by J, A. Dobeon anl P. Dillon. Lipsey, G. nominated by F. Pavitt and A. Downos, Mills, J, nominated by 0, Johnson a iii l U. Canneil Tho Pull will take, place on Tucsdny next, 18lh hist., between tho hours of 9 ! a.m. anil 6 p.m , the Town Board's office, To Aroha.
