ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. (BY TELEGRAPH .— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Blenheim September 10.
A vpation hand, aged about 35 years, attempted to commit suicideon Saturday last by throwing himself from the wharf. He was collared by the stewaid (Mr Warven) of the ,s. s. Kanieri, and given in custody, lie lefuses to give hi& name. It i& a ca.se ot delusional insanity, as the poor fellow imagines that he is being puisued.
