Locality where the land applied for is situated : Tui Creek. Bounded easterly by the Montczuma Special Claim ; northerly, by ground hold by natives ; on all other sides by unoccupied ground. Extent of land applied for : Twenty-five acies. Amount of capital proposed to bo - invested : One thousand pounds. Proposed mode of working the land; Driving and tunnelling.
